Who we are

Wuz Thr Presidential Moments is operated by Wuz Thr. You can reach us at hey@wuzthr.com. The current edition of the site is "Donald J. Trump"; other editions may pair the same service with a different subject.

What the service does

You give us one photo of yourself. We send that photo, together with our own instructions, to a third-party image-generation model, which draws a new picture of you in a scene we have designed. The first three scenes are free; more scenes are opened when you give us a phone number and then an email address. You can then buy a product printed with one of the pictures.

The pictures are generated by a machine-learning model. They are stylised illustrations, not photographs, and they may not look exactly like you. We do not guarantee any particular result, and we may change the scenes, the style, the model or the products at any time.

Your photo and the licence you give us

You keep ownership of the photo you give us and of any rights you have in it. So that we can provide the service, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store the photo, send it to the model, generate pictures from it, show those pictures back to you, and print them on the products you order. This licence lasts for as long as we hold the photo, and it ends when you delete your photos or ask us to.

We do not use your photo or the pictures made from it for advertising, for training a model, or for anything other than providing the service to you, unless you separately agree to that in writing.

What you may and may not upload

Only upload a photo of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to appear on this site. Do not upload a photo of a child unless you are their parent or guardian and are ordering for them. Do not upload a photo you do not have the right to use, or one that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, or intended to impersonate or harass someone.

We may refuse to process a photo, remove a picture, or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may report unlawful material to the authorities.

Your account

There is no password. When you confirm a photo we create an account for this browser and keep it in a cookie. A phone number or email address you give us is attached to that account. If you give an email address, we can send you a sign-in link that opens your photos on another device; anyone who opens that link is treated as you, so do not forward it.

You can delete your photos from the "My photos" screen at any time. The account itself, and any phone number or email on it, stays so you can sign in again; to have that removed too, email us.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown on the site in US dollars and include the print but not shipping or taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify under its own terms; we do not see or store your card details. An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email.

Because each product is printed with your picture, it is made to order and cannot be resold. Please check the picture, size and colour before you pay. If a product arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us at hey@wuzthr.com within 30 days and we will reprint or refund it. We do not otherwise accept returns of printed items.

Our content

The scenes, the style, the site design, the wordmark and the software are ours or our licensors'. The pictures we make from your photo are yours to keep and share for personal use, including on social media; you may not sell them or use them commercially without our written agreement.

Limits on our liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, and our total liability to you for anything arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change is significant we will say so on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
